We are now looking for an HR Manager – Global HR based in Suresnes to lead HR operations across all our entities and strengthen our recruitment and people development activities worldwide.

Role Summary

As HR Manager – Global HR, you will be responsible for the full scope of HR activities across We.PLM France, UK, and India, including people administration, compliance, payroll coordination, recruitment (for Europe), and HR strategy.

Beyond operations, you will lead strategic people initiatives focused on developing soft skills, multicultural collaboration, and leadership capabilities, in coordination with external partners and coaches.

This is a key, hands-on, and strategic role, ideal for someone who wants to shape the HR foundation and culture of a fast-growing international company.

Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Management (Global Scope)

  • Oversee all HR operations across We.PLM entities (France, UK, India)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, contracts, and policies in each country
  • Manage and harmonize HR processes globally (onboarding, evaluations, benefits, internal policies)
  • Coordinate payroll with local providers and ensure consistency of HR data across systems (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit)
  • Support management with workforce planning, mobility, and career development

2. Recruitment (Europe Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for European roles (consultants, architects, project managers, corporate)
  • Define hiring needs with practice leaders and project managers
  • Write and publish job ads, source candidates, and conduct interviews
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and consistent evaluation process
  • Strengthen We.PLM’s employer branding and visibility in the PLM ecosystem

3. Coordination of Indian Recruitment

  • Supervise and support the Recruiter based in India, dedicated to Indian market recruitment
  • Align priorities and processes between India and Europe
  • Ensure common sourcing standards and evaluation criteria globally

4. People Development & Culture

  • Lead HR initiatives to strengthen soft skills, communication, and collaboration across teams and geographies
  • Develop and roll out programs promoting multicultural awareness and effective teamwork between Europe and India
  • Coordinate external partners, coaches, and trainers responsible for leadership, management, and professional development programs
  • Support managers in running performance reviews and career development discussions
  • Foster an inclusive and motivating company culture centered on learning, responsibility, and excellence

Preferred Qualifications

Background

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in an international consulting, engineering, or IT services company.
  • Proven track record in recruitment for technical roles and HR operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience in employee development, training coordination, or organizational culture programs.
  • Familiarity with both European and Indian HR environments is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to lead change and engage teams around new initiatives.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of other European or Indian languages is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Range : 45 to 55k€
