You will ensure the successful delivery of 3DEXPERIENCE platforminstallations, upgrades, performance optimization, and infrastructureintegration within customer IT landscapes. You will also lead technicalengagements, coach internal consultants, and support business developmentactivities.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Expertise
- Act as a senior technical advisor for3DEXPERIENCE infrastructure topics across projects
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of infrastructureservices: installation, upgrade, sizing, performance tuning, andtroubleshooting
- Define infrastructure architecture integratedwith customer IT systems, aligned with best practices and the Value Engagementframework
- Conduct workshops and technical audits withclient IT teams
- Provide hands-on support and interventionswhen needed, including remote or on-site assistance
2. Practice Development & Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and coach infrastructureconsultants and administrators
- Define individual development paths for teammembers, including technical and soft skills
- Supervise practice staffing and supportongoing projects with mentorship and expertise
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing,documentation, and continuous improvement
3. Offering Development & Innovation
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of We.PLM's infrastructure service offerings
- Contribute to technology watch and capitalizeon tools, methods, and project best practices
- Build reusable assets and accelerators for installation,upgrade, and support activities (e.g., scripts, monitoring templates, CI/CDpipelines)
- Promote FinOps practices and efficient cloudresource utilization in customer environments
4. Presales & Strategic Support
- Participate in pre-sales activities: RFI/RFP processes, scoping, effort estimation
- Present technical solutions to clients andinternal stakeholders
- Support strategic engagements and recoveryplans when infrastructure issues arise
- Engineering or Computer Science degree
- Solid experience with infrastructure andoperations of multi-tier web applications
- Expertise in system administration(Windows/Linux), scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with databases: MS SQL Server,Oracle
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS,Reverse Proxy, Load Balancers)
- Familiarity with Java/Tomcat-based performancetuning and diagnostics
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Ansible,Jenkins, Git, AAP)
- Experience upgrading and maintaining3DEXPERIENCE platforms
PreferredQualifications
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes solutions(3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, Exalead)
- Cloud expertise (Azure, AWS, SaaS deployment)
- Experience with modern monitoring stacks(InfluxDB, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace)
- TOGAF certification or equivalent architecturalframework knowledge
Salary Rage : 45-60 LPA
