We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager who combines marketing rigor, strong content capabilities, and a genuine interest in complex technical topics.

Role Summary

As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will define and execute We.PLM’s marketing and communication strategy across both external and internal channels.

Your mission will be to support business growth through market analysis, opportunity generation, brand strengthening, and enabling internal teams in content creation and communication materials.

You will work closely with Sales, Consulting, and Leadership teams to ensure consistency and relevance across all messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Positioning

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and positioning within the PLM and industrial digital transformation ecosystem
• Identify target segments, personas, and value propositions
• Provide strategic insights to guide go-to-market decisions

Opportunity Generation & Sales Support

• Design and lead marketing campaigns that support commercial activities
• Implement inbound and outbound acquisition initiatives
• Organize webinars, digital campaigns, and lead-generating events
• Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates

External Communication & Brand Visibility

• Manage and grow We.PLM’s presence on LinkedIn and digital channels
• Maintain and enrich website content
• Produce high-value content: articles, posts, client case studies, announcements
• Ensure consistency of brand image and messaging

Internal Communication & Structuring

• Maintain internal communication tools, including the intranet
• Structure and distribute key internal communications
• Foster alignment across teams, countries, and practices

Content Support & Enablement

• Create templates for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Train teams on communication best practices and storytelling
• Support consultants in producing high-impact client materials
• Provide editorial and visual support for strategic documents

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or growth within a B2B or technology environment
• Experience in consulting, software, engineering, or industrial sectors is a plus
• Strong interest in technical or complex topics
