As part of the 3DExperience implementation project at one of our biggest customers, the PMO will play a key role in supporting the Project Director by ensuring the smooth execution of project activities. The primary objective is to manage tasks within an Agile framework using Azure DevOps, ensuring that all team members adhere to defined processes and maintain the quality of information. The PMO will also be responsible for coordinating between teams, tracking project timelines, and managing risks to keep the project on course and aligned with its objectives.

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Track project schedules and update timelines.
• Prepare and follow up on steering committee and project meetings.
• Manage risks and associated action plans.
• Coordinate between different teams and manage interdepartmental communication.
• Develop and track project performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support for project documentation and administrative tasks.
• Manage tasks and workflow using Azure DevOps, ensuring Agile methodology is followed.
• Ensure team members comply with processes,procedures, and maintain quality of information within Azure DevOps

• Education: Master’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in PLM system implementation or industrial environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management tools (such as MS Project, Excel); experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies     is required. Familiarity with the 3DExperience platform is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with a focus on ensuring adherence to project processes and quality standards. Ability to coordinate across teams and manage risks proactively.
