We.PLM is a fast-growing consulting company specialized in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) based on Dassault Systèmes technologies. With offices in France, the UK, and India, we help our clients transform the way they design, build, and support their products — ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Our team of consultants, architects, and engineers brings together deep expertise in PLM business consulting, 3DEXPERIENCE implementation, data migration, and infrastructure management.

We are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager based in Suresnes to drive new business growth, expand our customer portfolio, and strengthen strategic collaboration with Dassault Systèmes and key partners.

Role Summary

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing a strong pipeline of prospects, and converting opportunities into signed projects.

Your primary markets will be France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and the UK.
Sweden, Italy, and Switzerland may also be part of the territory.
The ability to conduct business in Germany will be considered a strong plus.

You will work closely with Dassault Systèmes’ sales teams to define joint go-to-market strategies, identify co-selling opportunities, and secure inclusion in strategic pursuits. You will also coordinate external demand-generation partners (e.g., Nova) to run campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.

Your remuneration will be composed of a fixed salary and a variable component directly based on a percentage of revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline targeting industrial companies using or considering 3DEXPERIENCE
  • Identify and map decision-makers, stakeholders, and buying centers in target accounts
  • Run outbound and multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, networking, webinars, etc.)
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and secure meetings for discovery & scoping

2. Account Development & Deal Closing

  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Understand customer challenges and position We.PLM’s portfolio (Consulting, 3DX Expertise, Data Migration, Infra, etc.)
  • Coordinate presales activities with main partners and technical leaders
  • Build proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with We.PLM pricing strategy
  • Negotiate terms, contract conditions, and close deals

3. Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Work closely with Dassault Systèmes sales teams on joint pursuits, pipeline sharing, and co-selling plans
  • Liaise with external marketing/lead-gen partners (e.g., Nova) to design and execute campaigns
  • Represent We.PLM at industry events, DS forums, trade shows, and networking sessions

4. Reporting & Sales Governance

  • Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline tracking
  • Provide monthly forecasts, performance KPIs, and revenue tracking to management
  • Contribute to yearly revenue planning and commercial strategy definition

Preferred Qualifications

Background

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in software services, engineering consulting, PLM, or industrial IT
  • Experience selling services, not products (consulting projects, integration, software services, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes ecosystem, VAR / C&SI model, and industrial manufacturing sector in Europe

Soft Skills

  • Strong hunter mindset, self-driven, able to open new doors
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust internally (consultants, delivery teams) and externally (partners, clients)
  • Structured, result-oriented, capable of managing multiple opportunities in parallel

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)

Compensation

Fixed salary + variable compensation based on % of revenue generated (no cap)
